In 2007, a project took shape with a long experience in the catering field, and resulted from a simple and fresh enthusiasm of those who are at the dawn of a new challenge.

A project made possible by the push of an innovative and young spirit, capable of confronting the major existing realities, and meticulously studied for results of refined and simple taste at the same time.

The goal is to seduce with a synergy of aromas and harmonious flavors, which make each event memorable.

The secret is contained in the continuous experimentation, in the inexhaustible curiosity of the Chef, in the fantasy of inserting traditional ingredients in innovative and different frames, able to translate into a unique and unrepeatable occasion.

The services of Altra Cucina range from the simple Coffee Break to the Gala Dinner, with a special mention to catering management in a fashion showroom; events held in the most varied contexts: from the corporate space to the elegant historic villa, within a wide variety of locations available.

Over one hundred professionals collaborate with Altra Cucina, all highly qualified and coming from the most diverse work experiences, in the national and international scene.

During special periods, such as Milan fashion week, Altra Cucina takes care of catering at a number of companies and showrooms, from Fendi, Yves Saint Laurent, Tod's, Fay, Hogan, Stella Mc Cartney, Jil Sander, Dsquared

From January 2011, Altra Cucina exclusively manages the catering of the new headquarters of the Circolo della Stampa at Palazzo Bocconi, Corso Venezia 48, Milan.
