The Bagatti Valsecchi Museum is a historic residence located in the heart of the Montenapoleone district, in the center of Milan, in the palace called "Palazzo Bagatti Valsecchi", purchased by the Lombardy Region in 1975. It is among the most important and best preserved museum houses in Europe and it is part of the "Case Museo di Milano" circuit since October 2008.

Palazzo Clerici rises in the heart of old Milan, in what in the seventeenth century was called "Contrada del prestino dei Bossi". The Palace, which rose in an urban fabric made up of small houses, belonged to one of the oldest historical Milanese families, the Visconti family of Consignori di Somma.

PALAZZO VISCONTI

The palace is one of the richest and most elaborate examples of Milanese rococo. The building is on three floors, the door is surmounted by the large irregular balcony of the main floor: the windows are surmounted by different types of mixtilinear gables. Entering from the main door, one arrives in the court of the palace, surrounded by porticos supported by twin columns, which immediately gives onto a second courtyard, of which one immediately notices a small artificial cave. The interiors of the noble floor are the results of two centuries of work: particularly noteworthy are the ballroom with the eighteenth-century frescoes by Nicola Bertuzzi.

VILLA BORROMEO

Giuseppe Piermarini whose genius is, among other things, the Teatro alla Scala and the Royal Villa of Monza.
